We have been working on this Job for a few Years now, We are doing it in stages.

Stage 1

We removed old sidding, windows & doors, Replaced them with new one

We put new Cedar Board and Bat siding on the House

Stage 2

 We built the Lower back Porches,Porches are covered with Spantex (Water proffing system)

Railing system is all clear cedar with built in Flower Boxs

Stage 3

 Set the new roof line, and roofed the back of the House.

(Perfect Climate did all the Gas lines for the Tikki Torches and Heaters)

Stage 4

Built front Covered Porch

roofed the front of the house

Stage 5

Built front Deck system

(Railing and deck cover not done yet)

Stage 6

built 1/2 of the front retaining wall

had fill dirt moved in

Started Pond and Waterfall construction

Next stage will be to

 finish front retaining wall and landscaping
